About Tango Capital Management
Tango
Capital Management was founded as a Registered Investment
Advisor in 1998 to offer investment strategies developed by
John and Victor Vuskalns to the public. These strategies were
initially developed in 1989 and refined over the years through
actual implementation in personal accounts held by the
Vuskalns and on behalf of their clients while they were
employed in the brokerage industry.
The
firm is registered in the states of Indiana and New Jersey and
serves clients through the U.S. under the national de minimus
requirements established by federal law.
Our
focus is purely asset management on a fee-only, discretionary
basis. We do not provide investment supervisory services,
financial planning, estate planning, tax services or similarly
termed services.
Tango Capital Management fees are 2% of assets under
management per year and are paid at the end of each quarter
at the rate of .5% per quarter. In addition, the mutual
funds and investment providers we use to implement our
strategies charge their own fees, described in their
prospectus.
Tango manages a wide array of account types for
individual and institutional accounts and retirement plans,
including rollover and educational Individual Retirement
Accounts.
Minimum account size is $100,000, but TCM reserves
the right to vary this amount.
Client assets are always held in the client’s name
at the respective mutual fund family, trust company or
securities firm. TCM never takes possession of the
client’s funds. Either party can cancel TCM’s management
services at any time upon written notice.
The money
managers of TCM may have funds in the same programs as are
managed by TCM for their clients.
